Dawn Williams is a trusted leader in Colorado’s event industry, with more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, venue sales, and event strategy. She is the founder of VenuHub, Colorado’s premier free venue search platform, and VendrHub, a growing vendor-matching tool that connects event hosts with trusted local professionals.

Through these platforms, she has helped thousands of planners, couples, and corporate hosts find the right event partners—without the overwhelm. With over 600 unique Colorado venues in the VenuHub network and more than 200 venue professionals spanning Denver, Boulder, the Foothills, and beyond, her approach is rooted in clarity, trust, and real connections.

Instead of browsing endless listings, users fill out one short form with their event date, location, guest count, and budget. Matching venues or vendors respond only if they’re available and aligned—giving planners back their time and simplifying the search process.

In 2025, Dawn launched VendrHub to connect users with vetted Colorado event vendors, including photographers, DJs, caterers, planners, AV teams, and more. Whether it’s a wedding, nonprofit fundraiser, corporate event, or creative celebration, both platforms help people build the right team—fast, free, and without the noise.

Over the years, Dawn has also served as a:

  • Board member, event chair, keynote speaker, and committee member for nonprofit initiatives including the Rose Andom Center, WINGS Foundation, Broomfield FISH, and the Colorado Event Alliance
