Dawn Williams, is the epitome of collaboration and finds happiness being hospitable along with event industry folks of Colorado.
She’s a dedicated and enthusiastic event community leader in Colorado, and happily connects people, places and things within Colorado’s event industry. What started as a grassroots networking group, VenuHub grew. And in 2024, VendrHub will add services connecting hosts to every type of special event vendor out there. Even some you may not know of!
“There are many venue directories where an event host can sort through gorgeous photos, fill out a form and then wait to hear back from someone. Both VenuHub and VendrHub are unique in that they were built with a reverse search mentality to save time and energy for all. The base for both search sites is this – if a venue or vendor is booked on your date, you want to know who is amazing and available on that date. This could be a huge gala or an intimate boutique wedding and everything in between so we take the most important information (date, locale, guest count and budget) and instantly send to the appropriate category,” says Williams. “It’s free, no account to set up and no spam – both sites are designed to allow the planner to make choices based on who is available and that is a win-win! ”

Dawn Williams is a passionate event community leader in Colorado, dedicated to fostering connections within the state’s dynamic event industry. As the founder of VenuHub, both a venue search platform + business membership group, Dawn brings people, places, and resources together, supporting event hosts across Colorado.
In 2025, VenuHub is excited to introduce a new service—VendrHub. This expansion will connect event hosts to a comprehensive range of special event vendors, including some newcomers to the industry. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a corporate event, or a creative celebration, VendrHub will simplify the process of finding the perfect vendor partners for your event needs.
